How to use it

Convert common image formats without uploading the original. The tool reads JPG, PNG, WebP, AVIF, GIF and BMP when supported by your browser, then exports JPG, PNG or WebP. Choose output quality for JPG or WebP; transparent pixels become white when exporting JPG. Animated GIF input uses its first frame.

Frequently asked questions

Can it preserve GIF animation or image metadata?+

No. GIF uses the first frame and the new file does not preserve EXIF metadata, color profiles or animation.

Are my files uploaded or stored?+

No. This tool processes supported files locally in your browser. MrTools does not receive or store their contents.
